By using this site you agree to the follow terms of service which you agree can be changed at any time without notification.
You must be at least 13 years of age to register for this site.
Your account and/or ip address may be banned at any time for the following reasons or no reasons at all. A reason does not have to given to you in the case of ban.
- Spamming members
- Uploading / Linking nudity or pornography
- Posting violent, hateful, vulgar or inappropriate material
Gifts and Uber Cash (U$) are not real gifts and not real money. You will not receive any real gifts at your doorstep if you receive gifts. You will not receive real money for Uber cash, and can not be used as real currency
Plagiarised material will be removed without warning.
Images on the site are uploaded by the user and you agree they can be used royalty free. If you find any innapropriate images or images that you own, please report the image and it will be removed by your request. Please supply a valid reason why you want the image removed, removal requests without reason will be ignored.
Any fighting, arguing, and drama will not be dealt with by ubercomments.com. It is up to you to block the user and/or remove them as a friend if you do not want to communicate.
Links to any external web pages are third party links and we will not be responsible for anything that happens to you if you click these links. Please report any malicious material.
This site is still in alpha testing, which means it is still being developed. Anything a user submits, posts, earns or uploads could be deleted with or without warning. Mass wipes of information may happen during alpha testing.
